GLBT: do you think Jeana from Real Housewives Orange County is a Lesbian? her relationships never work out but she's always "best friends" with the guys afterwards.... and she's kinda butch but not really. what do you think? |
I think she's just submissive and used to being mentally abused...did you see how her sons treated her on the episode tonight? it was so appalling- and i feel bad for her but she's also kind of pathetic to let all the men in her life talk down to her...
She's also not particularly interested in sex right now because she's unhappy with her body
i don't think she's a lesbian- i just think she needs a REAL man, not some asshole
Her daughter has a similar thing going on i used to think she was lesbianish but not anymore- they just need some real men in their lives |
Desperate Housewives - is Katherine a lesbian? Now I am confused... I thought that Katherine was soo in love with Mike.. and then she suddenly have sex with that stripper. So do you think she is a lesbian, or is she just turning on that girl and trying things out? |
Katheryn is trying out the lesbian life..... she might as well >>> she cant keep a man ??
yep..... she's just trying it out for size but....Mike is her true love. |
Has there every been a lesbian scenerio on Desperate Housewives? If not (whch I've never heard of it), then they should work on it.....very common secret among housewives. |
| If there hasn't been, there will be. Imagine the ratings spike that will bring. |
In Desperate Housewives, Is Susan Sort Of Lesbian? Nowadays, I'm watching the reruns of Desperate Housewives season 3. Yesterday, I watched an episode that I skipped before. The episode was when Susan starts an argument with Gaby because she stole her wedding plans because she (Gaby) thought that Susan won't marry anymore after breaking up with Ian. After the two made up later, they both went for eating chocolate and drinking in Susan's house. While talking, Gaby came to an idea for both her wedding and Susan's to be in the same day; Susan at first got confused and thought that Gaby wanted to marry her, but Gaby corrected that. After agreeing on that, Gaby in humor said to Susan: "If I were a lesbian I would totally be into you". Susan in humor as will, seemed a bit nervous and said: "that's good to know" and then seemed like she's looking at Gaby's breasts.
My question: Do You Think That Susan Is bisexual? |
Yes;
I used to watch Desperate Housewives with my
mom and I'm Pretty sure
that she is def. Bi Sexual
but so what if she is. |
Is the lesbian thing on Desperate Housewives not working for you too? YUCK!!! |
| I think it's brilliant. With all of the bad luck that Katherine has had with men, I think the stripper is actually really healthy for her! |
Anyone else insulted by Desperate housewives, gabby and bree becoming lesbians? Apparently the newest episode of Desperate Housewives is foreshadowing Bree and Gabby to become lesbians. It was blatenly obvious that they were trying to do so.
Am I the only one insulted by this? The entire seasons of Desperate Housewives, these women were clearly straight and had no homosexual experiences at all. They always talked about how they had sex all the time.
They're writing a story about them converting to lesbians, which to me is an insult because it's not a choice.
They're making it seem like a choice! |
| If you would have watched the show, you'd know that's not true. Carlos (Gaby's husband) just found out that Bree's son Andrew killed his mother. He forbade Gaby from ever seeing or talking to Bree and Bree's family again. Gaby and Bree are sneaking around to see each other, however, and the writers are playfully presenting it as a marital "affair." You'd have to see the episode to know what I mean. |
If Desperate Housewives starts having a lesbian couple- Katherine and the stripper, what would you think? The stripper was always a lesbian, as it said in the show, but Katherine mentioned that she was 'tired of men' because she always had bad luck and stuff. Do you think that that is perpetuating a negative stereotype of gay people or do you think its fine since sexuality is fluid and if shes curious thats also normal/ something else?
So yeah, positive or negative reaction to this new development just as it pertains to queer people being portrayed in the media, not in an evaluation of the show itself or anything? |
| HahaI just watched that and i was o.m.g Katherine! -who woulda known. I agree with you -sexuality is fluid soheadnotent think are making gay people seem stereotypical. I think it is clever and it a way typical of the wirtters to bring in a lesbain plot- it could sure stir things about on wysterioa lane and evoke different responses from viewers. I am curious as to where this will go :) |
Lesbian version of Cosmo? I am considering starting up a magazine (probably online at first) aimed towards the "lesbian housewife" - sorta like Cosmo with sex tips, fashion tips, etc. Basically I've personally always wanted a magazine that is similar to Cosmo but without all the references to men. Do you think there is a market for it and what steps should I take? |
Wow, that'd be wicked =]
Also, as said above - let me know if you need writers/help/anything etc.
=D Good luck! |
